This is the most common issue we find on homes that have gone a few years without attention: failed caulk and chinking letting water sit in the joints. We reseal the envelope with Perma-Chink and Sashco systems so your logs shed water again instead of holding it.

Almost every home we visit has a wall showing this: sun-worn fibers and a finish that has already given out. We reset it with proper prep and the right stain schedule, so the south and west walls stop graying out ahead of the rest.
